Tech3DPrint has refreshed its website and manufacturing platform to streamline project submissions, file uploads, and quote tracking for 3D printing in Christchurch. Its all in one fell swoop: we moved from Xero Book-keeping system to Odoo. Odoo includes website functionality: a real opportunity to integrate our business operations with customer contact.

Tech3DPrint Website Upgrade: A Simpler, Faster Way to Work Together

We’ve officially upgraded our website to give our clients a smoother, more reliable experience from start to finish. By moving to a new, fully integrated platform, we’ve cut out unnecessary backend software costs and streamlined how we handle incoming orders, allowing us to focus on what matters most: delivering quality prints on time.

The biggest benefit for you is speed and simplicity. Our new online enquiry setup connects directly to our workshop system. When you upload a 3D model, submit a sketch, or request a quote, your details go straight into a dedicated queue without getting lost in email inbox. This means faster responses, clearer communication, and quicker quote turnarounds.

We’ve also added online credit card payments via Stripe. You can now pay invoices directly online using your credit card—ideal for quick sign-offs, keeping projects moving, or collecting credit card rewards points on your orders. Traditional bank transfers are still fully supported if you prefer.

This upgrade also makes it easier to keep track of your ongoing projects. Whether you need a quick replacement part, custom CAD design, or a batch of functional prototypes, having a single direct portal ensures every project specification is clearly recorded and handled accurately.

We’re excited to roll out these changes and make working with us as effortless as possible. Head over to our enquiry page to check out the new setup, upload your files, and get your next 3D printing project underway.
